The AquaStar Square MoFlow Suction Outlet Cover 12" (Part #12MF101) is a high-flow anti-entrapment drain cover designed for new pool and spa construction or full sump/frame installations requiring a 12-inch square suction outlet assembly. Featuring AquaStar’s MoFlow hydraulic design, this cover increases open surface area to improve circulation and reduce suction concentration while maintaining strong flow performance. Constructed from UV-resistant engineered polymer, the 12MF101 is built for long-term durability in harsh pool environments and is engineered to meet modern VGB / ANSI suction outlet safety standards. This model is commonly used with compatible mud frames/sumps in concrete and gunite applications where a complete 12-inch square suction outlet assembly is being installed.
