Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1pm PST will be shipped the same day if the items are in stock. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Handling time: 0-1 Business Days. Free shipping applies to all orders within the Contiguous US with no minimum purchase required. Local customers can also choose 'In-Store Pickup' at our Chatsworth, CA location.

Carrier Selection
While we strive to fulfill your preference for a specific carrier selected at checkout, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of comparable value and speed to ensure timely delivery of your order. Carrier availability may vary based on destination, package size, and other factors. Choosing a specific carrier at checkout does not guarantee that your package will be shipped with that carrier. We primarily ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS. 

International Shipping Customs and Import Fees
International shipping is available by request. If you'd like to place an order for delivery outside the U.S., please contact us before checking out and we'll enable international shipping for your order.

We are not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or taxes incurred upon the arrival of your package in the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country's customs regulations. If a package is held or delayed by customs, the customer must address the issue directly with their local customs office. Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address information, or other issues, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipping the package or restocking fees, where applicable.

Delivery Refused:

Orders placed for in-store pickup are typically processed and ready for pickup within 1-3 hours during regular business hours. Customers will be notified via email or phone when their order is ready for pickup.

In-store pickups are not available on Sundays, and holiday hours may vary.
