Shipping policy
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day if the items are in stock. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Handling time: 0-1 Business Days. Free shipping applies to all orders within the Contiguous US with no minimum purchase required. Local customers can also choose 'In-Store Pickup' at our Chatsworth, CA location.

We offer a convenient In-Store Pickup option for our local customers at our Chatsworth, California location.

Pickup Availability: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2–4 business hours for items currently in stock.

Pickup Window: You can collect your order during our regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Notification: Please wait for a separate "Ready for Pickup" email before arriving at the store. This email is your confirmation that your items have been pulled and verified.

Carrier Selection
While we strive to fulfill your preference for a specific carrier selected at checkout, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of comparable value and speed to ensure timely delivery of your order. Carrier availability may vary based on destination, package size, and other factors. Choosing a specific carrier at checkout does not guarantee that your package will be shipped with that carrier. We primarily ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.
International Shipping Customs and Import Fees
We are not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or taxes incurred upon the arrival of your package in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country’s customs regulations. If a package is held or delayed by customs, the customer must address the issue directly with their local customs office. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages delayed or held by customs.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address information, or other issues, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipping the package or restocking fees, where applicable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximate and subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Expected transit times is 3–5 business days via standard shipping.
